• Google Business Profile data for our own shops (reviews, ratings, reviewer public names), accessed through Google APIs so we can read and reply to reviews.

How we use it

• To answer your requests, improve the site, and respond to customer reviews of our shops.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising.

Google API Services

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to manage reviews of our own Business Profile listings, is not shared with third parties except as required by law, and is not used to train AI models.

Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time.
