It started in October 2019. We noticed a problem: Specialty coffee had become a symbol of exclusivity high prices, complex menus, and intimidating atmospheres turned a simple pleasure into a luxury out of reach for many. On the other hand, affordable “street” coffee was often inconsistent.

We support our team’s education. Employees who have spent 12+ months with us are eligible for a $1,000/year scholarship (Must maintain 3.5 GPA).
70% of our 220 employees are college students or graduates. We train them in inventory management, P&L analysis, and operational leadership.
