Last year, our entire leadership team – along with some of our emerging future leaders – completed a 36-hour training course titled Retail Leadership Excellence Program, in collaboration with the incredible team at 180 Degrees for Empowering People.
The program focused on strengthening key leadership pillars: Reliability, Resourcefulness, Excellence, Decision Making, and Team Development.
It was an insightful and energizing experience that brought fresh perspectives and valuable tools to the table. We’re confident the impact of this program will soon be reflected across our branches through stronger teams, sharper decisions, and a continued commitment to excellence.
